64 degrees this morning, 66% humidity
A wonderful day yesterday. Reached a high of around 89 degrees, some wind, but still a wonderful Spring day.
Weights this morning, sit-ups, barbells and bench press. I stopped for several days thinking I was maybe doing too much, but I think the aches came from something else.
Walked 21:19 minutes, pace was 52 seconds slower than my goal.
Follow up “cool-down” walk of 12:16 minus.
Nice to have some warm weather to walk n finally!
Of course it is supposed to be warm tomorrow again in the 80’s and then freezing this weekend!
We continue to try different grocery stores with delivery or pickup with varying, but primarily positive results
Considering that they hare having worry about the employees getting sick (or rather the employees have to worry about getting sick) it is amazing that they do so well in this situation.
All of them do reasonably well, one is much better, at least so far, especially at having the items we put in our “cart” still there when they deliver it! I have gotten to thee a way point I say don’t allow substitutions since the substitutions are so weird sometimes.
It is a real shame that so many of the small businesses (and employees and their customers) are being hurt so bad. Hopefully there will be a way of recovering their business.
Of course, there are many like the lying coward lunatic who try to grab power and ripoff the programs.
It males me sick to hear the lying coward lunatic squealing his lies and false attacks at his “political rallies” disguised as news conferences.
Instead of being a leader, the lunatic squeals his vile blame and attacks for his incompetence.
Of course, the lying coward lunatic and his political hack appointments, appointing only cowering cowards who will fawn on him and lick his books, so they are mostly incompetents who have no idea how to manage anything and is showing up in the inefficiency, lies and blaming , etc., of the response to the crisis.
The lunatic is even using the crisis to squeal his lies about the wasteful “border wall” trying to increase support for this symbol of hate and lies.
