36 degrees this morning, 81% humidity
Beautiful day yesterday, about 60 degrees, no wind. I was in my office all day, so didn’t really get the impact of it.
Feeling better, but still have a follow-up occasional cough that I hope I can get over in the near future. I am definitely ready for it to be over and get back to my regular exercise.
It is kind of a shock to realize that Christmas is so close and 2020 coming shortly after that. We re looking forward to our vacation and getting away for several days. It will be a fun to see and experience something entirely new and different.
I always have a hard time deciding on the length of a trip. Too short and you are wasting your money just getting there (unless the journey is the trip), but too long can get tedious and basically ruin the trip experience, or at least the memory of he trip as the tedious parts overshadow the good parts.
I have found for me at least, I am a lot better if I schedule fewer activities. If I try to push everything in I don’t enjoy it.
That is one thing I always disliked about some conferences was that I just felt like I was going all the time and didn’t have a chance to rest and enjoy the experience! However, I also realize part of the problem is that I want to experience everything, and I don’t have the time to do it!
That is probably one reason I am such an avid planner, I am trying to figure out how to use my time in the most effective manner!
Anyway, I get back again to “living in the present” and basically enjoying the experience, good or bad.
Ditto with the “days of our lives," the time that you live while you’re waiting to live! I think the fleeting nature of time is what makes you so aware of time.
Overall pleased with the MacBook Air. Once I worked through a couple of items, I really enjoy its Right now I am waiting for the first “skill” class in the MacBook Air. Hopefully I will learn a lot morel
The iPhone 11 Max is the best I’ve ever had. I never did really care for the iPhone 6, for whatever reason. However I really like this one. I don’t know even a minimum of it’s potential, but I’ll learn it.
Looking at the Christmas decorations, I recognize that some of them have been part of the decorations for years, some are new, some are added along the way. I think the change and the stability are what make them so interesting.
That’s it for now, Wednesday, December 4, 2019.
